Waiheke Beachfront Apartment is the perfect couple’s getaway or holiday in the most central location in Oneroa. Leave the car behind, the beach is on your doorstep and the lovely Oneroa village centre is a one-minute walk away.
Come and soak up the sun, walk the headland tracks, taste the islands incredible wines, savour dishes prepared by New Zealand’s leading chefs, or cook up your own feast from the Island’s fresh produce. Located on Beach Parade, with uninterrupted views across the sea to the Coromandel Peninsula, this property reflects Waiheke’s ultimate coastal lifestyle living.
The apartment has been stylishly fitted out with all you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave oven, hotplate, fridge, Nespresso machine, toaster, and a Weber Q BBQ available to use. The separate bedroom has a king bed and the bathroom is large and modern. Not suitable for children.
A private path takes you directly into the hub of Oneroa bars and restaurants. Beach Parade, as you will see from the photos, has a large deck adjoining the main house, which the owners live in. Yet you have all the privacy that you will need, with sliding shutters ensuring your own private front deck where you can relax and enjoy the sound of the waves and the birdsong, while overlooking the beach.
Beach Parade is a fabulous get away for two. Additional sleeping accommodation can be arranged. Please enquire.

Wow!
Can’t beat this location, beachfront with a wonderful view, great beach strolling or swimming, a 2 minute walk up the back private path to the Main Street for restaurants, groceries, art centre and bus stops. Don’t bother hiring a car. The cottage is beautifully designed, very well appointed and the bed was very comfortable with high quality linens. The neighborhood is quiet. Our stay here for two nights to chill was a wonderful start to our first trip to New Zealand. The delightful owners live in the large house next door and share the deck with this rental/guest home. It was really nice to meet them and hear about their long history with this property. There is plenty of privacy between the units and the owners are not at all intrusive. I found it reassuring that they were next door if anything came up and really enjoyed our impromptu visits.
Fantastic Location
Fantastic location given its proximity to the beach and Oneroa itself. Very easy to get to from the ferry as well which is a godsend for those with big bags and no car. Absolutely stunning views of the beach and bay as well. Would highly recommend!

Phenomenal!
Our first trip to Waiheke and we felt like this was the best spot to stay! Phenomenal location, just up a short backyard path to restaurants and shops, beach is right across your front yard. We loved sitting on the deck and watching sunset, a wonderful end to our honeymoon. We hope to stay again one day!
